Stan Clark Companies Announces Reconcepting of Joseppi's

Joseppi's to remain open with changes to take place in summer months.

Stan Clark Companies announces the remodel and reconcepting of Joseppi’s Italian Kitchen to an American grill with four lanes of bowling before year end, bringing a whole new experience to Stillwater. Joseppi’s will continue to operate as is until, at least, the summer months.

“We’re mighty proud of Joseppi’s - our team, our facilities, our fabulous food and our service - but we think there is a lot more potential in this fantastic location,” said Stan Clark, CEO & founder of Stan Clark Cos. “We’re adding a new menu, four lanes of bowling, more than 4000 square feet, outdoor seating, an expanded bar and multiple HD TVs,” added Clark.

“These plans have been in the works for many months and we felt now was the right time to inform our team and our guests,” said Clark.

Although the plans are in place, a name is yet to be selected.

Clark is pleased to have offered team members a job elsewhere within the organization; no one is being laid off. The Stan Clark Companies employ approximately 450 people in Stillwater on an on-going basis.
