Veal Marsala - Veal cutlets sauteed with portabella mushrooms topped with peppered chevre cheese and finished with a marsala butter sauce served over fettucini pasta.

June 8 - 14

Grilled Salmon with Pesto Capellini - Seasoned and grilled sockeye salmon toppedw ith butter sauce and roasted red bell peppers. Served over capellini pasta with pesto.

Chicken Pizzaiola - Chihcken baked with seasoned bread crumbs served over a portabella mushroom, tomato and onion ragu, then topped with shaved Pecorino Romano cheese.

July 22 - 28

Papardelle with Lamb - Leg of lamb slow roasted with portabella mushrooms, roasted garlic, red onions, tomatoes and fresh herbs, pulled and served over papardelle noodels and topped with shaved ricotta salata cheese.
