- Parmesan breaded chicken breast served on a bed of linguini tossed with sautéed mushrooms, zucchini and our homemade roasted red pepper sauce.
- Honey smoked salmon, shredded and mixed with green onions, garlic and spices, fried and served with a lemon caper remoulade.
